Constructing the CD

The idea behind our Digital Pack is to show the different personalities of Cherrie, we wanted it to be striking and quirky so we incorporated the theme of sweets into the images. The colours needed to flow through the digital pack and match the striking album cover. Because the theme of our video is neon we wanted to continue it with album to.

The layout is a six sided digital pack which we have filled with images of Cherrie. We have used a portrait image of Cherrie for the album cover where she is wearing a black body con dress which is fashionable and fits the genre of the artist. Cherrie is looking to the left looking at the wall behind her that says End of Time; this draws the audience’s attention to the words and Cherrie because she stands out against the background. when you open the Digital pack there will be three images, one will be Cherrie looking fierce staring into the camera holding a love heart with a slogan on, the second image that will be opposite will show the innocent and playful side of Cherrie, pouting with a bright red lolly pop close to her mouth, And another image of her laughing which is a common photo to have in digital packs to show a more relaxed side of the artist. The back of the album is another image of Cherrie laughing and looking at the floor the costume throughout the digital pack will be the same as it makes the layout flow better.  As a group we decided that the CD would be a neon clock the same as the one in the video to add a familiarity for the audience.
